In case you wonder, the color beside each poster's name is their rank as a member. The colors comes from the Role-Playing Game "Paranoia". Paranoia is set in a world not dissimilar to that of George Orwell's "1984" - an intended pun as I came into Scientology in 1984 and the Church of Scientology has turned into an organization with a growing resemblance to the book. So, Paranoia it is. May it inspire the opposite.
