Cramming is a corective action or service performed in the qualifications division. When a processing session goes wrong the case supervisor looks for technical goofs or misapplication. The action of correcting the practitioner on these outnesses is called cramming. It has its own technology and can be used to address administrative outnesses as well. It is the action of correcting a practitioner on what he should already know.

Cramming it's an action done to correct a faulty terminal that is applying the tech incorrectly.
